The Building Process
When working with you to turn your vision into a reality, we will follow three orderly steps to get to the finished product. Although building brings the most satisfaction, the value of the steps one and two are very integral in the whole building process.
I deeply care about the process and the journey we will take on making your building experience both fun and exciting. The finished product will showcase your vision and our custom craftsmenship, a true winning combination, where you will not find anywhere else.
Planning
We first meet to discuss your ideas, wishes, and desires. Next is finding the lot that will accommodate these wishes, or in the case of remodeling, studying your existing home to determine the possibility of all ideas. At the same time we will also discuss the project budget and feasibility.
Design
This phase involves translating the information onto paper. With the help of our preferred architect or an architect of your choosing, your thoughts, ideas, and photos will be used as tools to develop a plan specific to your home. Our goal is to help our customers attain the highest level of finishes within their specific price range.
The Build
Finally, after the plans are completed, and the design fits your budget, it's time to build. The excitement of seeing your project come together piece-by-piece is the reward for all of the time and effort put into planning your project.
